OUR MISSION
Bridging the Gap Between Law School and Legal Practice
The Centre for In-House & Corporate Law (CIHCL) was established to address a fundamental gap in legal education: the disconnect between traditional law school curricula and the practical competencies demanded by corporate legal departments.
Housed at Shamsher Bahadur Saxena College of Law and developed in partnership with Novation Legal, CIHCL offers certificate programmes that combine academic rigour with hands-on skill development. Our programmes are not courses to be consumed—they are training grounds where participants draft, negotiate, advise, and develop the professional judgment expected of in-house counsel.
